I grew up in Somers, Connecticut, and graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University with a degree in Environmental Earth Science. My path took me in a different direction: entrepreneurship. Over the years I have started and run companies across the technology and marketing space, and today I operate in consumer packaged goods (CPG).
Home now is Orange County, California. The part of business I love most is the operating side: taking something with momentum and giving it the systems, the team, and the discipline to go the distance. I am also a huge fan of habits. Small, repeated actions are the quiet engine behind every company I have built, and I design mine on purpose.
Outside of work you will find me on a hiking trail, on a cruise ship or a plane to somewhere new, or deep in a rabbit hole teaching AI to run more of my life than it probably should.

For nearly three years I have served as the company's Chief Operating Officer, joining when the brand was growing faster than the machinery behind it. My job has been to build that machinery: supply chain, finance, retail operations, and the team that keeps thousands of orders moving every day without losing the scrappiness that made the brand work in the first place.
